All orders ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and next business day on weekends and holidays.  Orders received before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time typically ship same day.  All North American orders ship Canada Post via "Expedited" service, unless otherwise requested.  Orders within Ontario are typically delivered within 1-2 business days; orders outside of Ontario, within Canada and the United States may take between 3-6 business days; International orders may take up to 7 business days when "Xpresspost" is selected at checkout, or from 6 to 30 business days (depending on location), when the "Standard" option is selected.  Please note that these are standard shipping times as listed by Canada Post; Bio Natura does not claim responsibility for delays in shipment that may arise on the part of Canada Post, but we do ask that you keep us informed of any delays, should they arise, so that we may contact Canada Post on your behalf.
